Ingredients

  • Base: 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Cream Cheese Spread: 8 oz cream cheese softened, ½ cup sour cream, 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • Vegetables: ½ cup broccoli florets finely chopped, ½ cup red bell pepper diced, ½ cup yellow bell pepper diced, ½ cup cherry tomatoes quartered, ¼ cup black olives sliced, 2 green onions thinly sliced, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Decoration: 1 small carrot cut into thin strips (for garland), 1 yellow bell pepper slice (for star)

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2:
On a parchment-lined baking sheet arrange crescent roll dough triangles to form a large triangle (tree shape). Press seams together and shape the edges trimming as needed.
Step 3:
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
Step 4:
In a medium bowl mix cream cheese sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Step 5:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll base.
Step 6:
Decorate with broccoli as branches peppers and tomatoes as ornaments and olives and green onions as accents. Use carrot strips as garlands and a yellow bell pepper slice as the trees star. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Step 7:
Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
