01 - Combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper with chicken in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and rest for 3 minutes, then slice thinly.
03 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
