# Step-by-Step:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
