Instructions

- Whisk milk, parmesan, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper into saucepan. Cook, stirring, until sauce is thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Noodles and Sauce:
- Add noodles to sauce, gently folding to coat, keeping colors distinct for cloud effect or swirling for marbled look.
- Garnish and Serve:
