# Step-by-Step:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a large serving platter, shaping it into an uneven large circle with a smaller mound on top to resemble a melted snowman.
03 - Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and small olive pieces to create a smiling mouth. Insert the carrot nose at the center of the face.
